People Experience Advisor (Fixed Term)

We are currently seeking a PX Advisor on a 6 month fixed term contract to join our Human Resources team based in St Mary?s Bay.Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, the role is to provide operational People Experience support to the PX Manager with the AU office?s employee life cycle, learning and development, internal communication, recruitment, payroll and health and safety.. Wider tasks will also be necessary as they come up i.e. recruitment, group projects, general administration.

You will have experience in the following:

At least 5 years HR generalist or specialist experience
Ability to quickly establish and build working relationships across all levels of the business
A good understanding of employment legislation
Ability to negotiate and resolve employee issues
Demonstrated policy development skills
Capability to create tools and templates that can be used by the business
Experience in HR policies and process review and development
