This is the mission of our approximately 22,400 employees.   To find out more about Sustainability: Our approach go to    In New Zealand, OMV operates the Maui and Pohokura gas fields, as well as the Maari oilfield, and continues to invest in development these fields to extend their field life.   To find out more about Our business go to      About the role   We're looking for a passionate and energetic P&C Coordinator who will work closely with our P&C Team to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.   You'll provide HR delivery services across the business including managing HR systems, coordinating all aspects of the employee life cycle, reporting and payroll support. Furthermore, you will inform employees on HR matters relating to their employment and employment legislation, remuneration, benefits and policies.   We are a small team which means you get the opportunity to be involved in a varied and wide range of work, providing an opportunity to grow your HR skills.   This is a permanent part time role, 25 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days.     Key Responsibilities   Provide high quality support to the P&C Team in relation to all aspects of the employee life cycle Prepare employment paperwork, ensuring that it complies with HR best practice and relevant employment legislation. Manage, maintain and update employee records and databases in real time as the subject matter expert for My Success Factors, including Employee Central and SAP HR. Assist and support with the preparation of the monthly payroll processing. Provide operational support to inbound and outbound expats, including immigration activities (e.g. work permits) and managing arrival and departure processes.   Your Profile   A proven ability to manage multiple priorities consecutively Keen eye for detail, ensuring our employee data is carefully maintained HR qualification, or be working towards one Minimum 3 years experience in an HR support role Ability to build effective working relationships and people influencing skills A positive and dynamic person who likes to work in a corporate environment Proficiency with MS Office and experience in using HRIS Experience in coordinating employee life events and activities Knowledge of employment legislation and an understanding of Payroll would be an advantage You want to work part-time What you can expect from OMV   We believe that we can only evolve and thrive as a company with a highly diverse mix of employees and by ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
