Furthermore, you will inform employees on HR matters relating to their employment and employment legislation, remuneration, benefits and policies. We are a small team which means you get the opportunity to be involved in a varied and wide range of work, providing an opportunity to grow your HR skills. This is a permanent part time role, 25 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days.  Key Responsibilities Provide high quality support to the P&C Team in relation to all aspects of the employee life cyclePrepare employment paperwork, ensuring that it complies with HR best practice and relevant employment legislation.Manage, maintain and update employee records and databases in real time as the subject matter expert for My Success Factors, including Employee Central and SAP HR.Assist and support with the preparation of the monthly payroll processing.Provide operational support to inbound and outbound expats, including immigration activities (e.g. work permits) and managing arrival and departure processes. Your Profile  A proven ability to manage multiple priorities consecutivelyKeen eye for detail, ensuring our employee data is carefully maintainedHR qualification, or be working towards oneMinimum 3 years experience in an HR support roleAbility to build effective working relationships and people influencing skillsA positive and dynamic person who likes to work in a corporate environmentProficiency with MS Office and experience in using HRISExperience in coordinating employee life events and activitiesKnowledge of employment legislation and an understanding of Payroll would be an advantageYou want to work part-timeWhat you can expect from OMV We believe that we can only evolve and thrive as a company with a highly diverse mix of employees and by ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
