An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced human resources professional with a strong interest in and commitment to business partnering to join our People and Culture Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture the role will see you deliver strategic people outcomes and contribute directly to the people plan within your portfolio.
Based in our Wellington office and with occasional national travel, you will provide strategic and tailored people centric advice across a range of functions including workforce planning, performance and change management, employment relations, remuneration, etc. You ll be part of the People and Culture leadership team, so you ll have a real opportunity to influence.
Salary: Remuneration is between $95,000 and $115,000 depending on the skills and experience you bring to the role.
