Working in the community with whanau on their journey of recovery.
We are seeking someone with or has a strong understanding of lived experience and peer led support.This is a fulltime position working in our Head office in Ahuriri.
Monday-Friday 8.00-4.30pmKey role responsibilities:Engage effectively with whanau that require supportPeer Support understanding and ability to draw from your own experienceRole model exceptional professionalism and boundaries with colleagues and whaioraAbility to work in a challenging role where you can make a differenceAbility to work in a team and environment from a bicultural perspectiveMinimum requirements:Adaptability to changing priorities and tasksMinimum qualification Health & Wellbeing (Mental Health) Level 4 is an essential requirementHold a clean, current full drivers' license is an essential requirement.A strong understanding of cultural diversity specifically our commitment to Maori and PasifikaSupports Te Tiriti o Waitangi & Equitable outcome for whanauUnderstanding of Te Whare Tapa Wha, Hua Oranga, Te Powhiri Poutama all within a Peer Led spaceNext Steps:Cover Letter - A quick overview "Tell us about yourself
