Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position) The Nelson Marlborough Holidays Act Compliance Programme (NM HAC Programme) was established to rectify the NM payroll system (Leader), the NM Time and Attendance system (Actor) and payroll processes and policies to ensure compliance with the Holidays Act 2003. The Rectification Tester works as part of the Rectification Testing team and is responsible for: * Provide Testing expertise to the Programme * Analyse solutions of breaches to the Holidays Act to come up with scenarios for validation. * Interrogate findings from remediation testing to come up with additional scenarios applicable to rectification. * Execute tests as directed, documenting outcomes and reporting faults. * Ensure that the directives from National guidelines and frameworks are followed.Ko wai he kaitono tōtika? To be successful in this role you will have * Testing analysis and design experience in Payroll or HR systems * Testing experience in Rostering systems * Minimum 2 years - experience in health sector payroll or rostering * Sound understanding of the Holidays ActThe successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
