The Role
Due to an internal transfer, we are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator, to join our team based in Nelson. This role provides the opportunity to excel in a high performing team in a well-recognised organization and a supportive team environment.
Who we are looking for
Our ideal applicant will be an experienced payables professional who enjoys taking ownership of their role and meeting deadlines. You are customer focused and a dedicated team member. You also pride yourself on speed, accuracy and attention to detail therefore the ability to work under pressure is essential.

To be successful in this role you will have mastered the technical aspects of all accounts payable functions, and may have had experience with foreign currency transactions.
You will have sound computer literacy including experience with accounting software and intermediate/advanced Excel.
You are systems savvy with a "can do" attitude, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills that are essential due to the level of internal and external communications required across the business.
You will also need to have the ability to work in an open plan, productive environment within a collaborative team, manage multiple tasks effectively and build strong relationships.
