To be successful in this role, you will display the following:
*Previous experience in set out, base
preparation, screeding, laying and cutting of
paving stones OR
*Previous experience in set out, various styles
and types of construction in stone work
*The ability to work with and lead a team
*Be able to clearly communicate with clients
and project managers
*Understanding of construction plans
*Be able to coordinate daily staff tasks and plan
ahead
*A good knowledge of Health & Safety
regulations and requirements
*Hold a current motor vehicle licence
