Pastry Chef

Shed 5 require a pastry chef with passion, precision and determination to join our team of like minded professionals.
Shed 5 has been operating for over 28 years. Predominately an Al a carte service, however functions make up a good portion of our production.
The successful applicant will be experienced and will have worked in other restaurants with good reputations and high standards.
You will have a sound work ethic and a solid grasp of the fundamental skills required of a professional pastry chef.
You will be fast, enthusiastic and organised. You will take pride in your work, enjoy a bustling kitchen environment and working with a great team of chefs and wait staff.
I am looking for a real chef. Those of you who love their jobs and the industry they are a part of. Split shifts and long hours are a given. If you only want 9am to 5pm and have every week-end off please don't waste your time or mine.
Experience, ability and common sense are a prerequisite. If you do not possess these then do not apply.
