Parts Consultant

Drummond & Etheridge Nelson have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Consultant, responsible for the receiving, selling and delivering of parts on John Deere agricultural equipment and leading machinery brands.
To be successful in the role of a parts consultant you must be/have:
- Experienced with the sales process of parts (knowledge of Agricultural equipment would be an advantage).
- Organised with the ability to plan and schedule work.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.
- Have the right attitude and take ownership of work.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
- Comfortable with the use of IT solutions in daily activity.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in store, over the phone and by e-mail.
- Promote and sell products for customer’s needs.
- Communication with customers.
- Supply workshop technicians with parts as required.
- Complete and document paperwork requirements.
- Complying with all health and safety requirements.
This is a busy and varied role that will cover our customer base across the Nelson, Tasman, Golden Bay and Murchison regions. Providing a crucial back up to the premium product range we offer our customers.
