ExpertiseMarket Research & AnalysisBrand ManagementDigital MarketingInsightsStrategy & PlanningDataResearch & InsightsOur vision is to be the number one streamer for trusted news, sport and entertainment and we have three strategic pillars to support the business to achieve this:AudiencesDeliver exceptional, digital-led content and experiences for viewers.RevenueBe the preferred digital platform for NZ advertisers.Future BusinessRealign our operating and cost models with a digital-first focus.The opportunity - Te turangaAs Partnership and Integration Specialist reporting to Content Strategy Director, you will be responsible for developing and leading sponsorships, integration and partnerships across TVNZ content and platforms.Your focus in this role will be on:Capture demand of high priority briefs from Agencies and Clients.Create demand opportunities leveraging TVNZ content, platforms, and brands by collaborating with Sales, Integration and Marketing teams on annual plans and initiatives to deliver Sales revenue targets with identified stretch targets for growth.Develop strong relationships with media agency strategy teams and key clients to identify key client challenges creating demand solutions.Drive innovation in demand creation and capture and push boundaries to do things differently.Provide thought leadership to up skill broader sales team.Lead content strategy and role of communications for bespoke opportunities within allocated agency portfolio and proactive initiatives.Lead creative briefs to Blacksand to ensure idea integrity is translated at creative ideation and execution.Responsible for developing and selling in ideas to client/agency.Responsible for transition of idea into Producers for production and management.This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.To be successful in this role, we are looking for:Understanding of social, digital, and linear media and how integrated campaigns work from a channel and content planning perspective.Experience with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Strong experience with Nielsen reporting tools advantageous.Demonstrated ability to build relationships and rapport quickly at all levels.Analytical skills to interpret and use research and data.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Dedicated to providing the highest product and services, which meet the needs and requirements of internal and external customers.Attention to detail, good proof-reading skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive experience in media or communications industries.Strong business experience preferably in Advertising and/or Marketing.Comprehensive understanding of the NZ media Market and competitors.Extensive media strategy and planning experience.Experience in briefing, leveraging insights to shape insightful partnership opportunities data.Lateral and creative thinking.Demonstrates integrity and honesty.Takes individual responsibility for work and outcomes of team.If you would like to find out more about this amazing opportunity, please feel free to call our Head of Talent Acquisitions, Philly Irvine, mobile 021 564 691.After you've appliedYou'll receive an email acknowledging your application.
