Part-Time Trade Customer Service

If you have a strong background in customer service and knowledge within the Timber industry, and are committed to finding solutions and helping customers leave the store with a smile, then apply now for a position as aTrade Customer Serviceat Mitre 10 Mega Tauranga. .

As well as providing great customer service, the role requires you to ensure all transactions are processed quickly and efficiently, that all security procedures are followed, and that department presentation is well maintained. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

We have three Part Time roles available,

Friday & Saturday (16 hours/Week)
Sunday & Monday (16 hours/week)
Sunday & Monday (16 hours/week)

We are looking for someone who:
Has had experience processing returns, Refund and customer finance options
Is dedicated to providing an excellent customer service experience to our customers
Is a problem solver and commits themselves to finding complete solutions;
Has clear communication and is confident in dealing with a wide range of customer queries;
Can work at a fast pace and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Trade knowledge would be an advantage
