In this role not onlywill you need to have strong personal values which align with ours, you willneed a work ethic that is second to none as this will be the true key to yoursuccess at Mitre 10 MEGA Upper Hutt.
As a Team Member atMitre 10 MEGA Upper Hutt you will have the opportunity to be involved across abroad range of areas. We have a permanent part-time position availablewithin our Gardens department.
Wehave 3 part-time positions available. The hours for these positions are:
Monday, Friday and Saturday with rostered shifts between 10.00am and 6.00pm equating to 22.5 hours per week Thursday, Friday and Saturday with rostered shifts between 9.00am and 6.00pm equating to 25.5 hours per week Wednesday, Friday and Saturday with rostered shifts between 8.00am and 5.00pm equating to 25.5 hours per week
On a daily basis youwill be involved in offering our customers an exceptional in store and aftersales service, answering their queries and assisting them with their purchasingdecisions, stock integrity, merchandising and improving your product knowledgeso you can make the customer experience even better.
Have the ability to work as part of a team and independently Excellent customer service skills Be confident using computers accurately and effectively (especially in terms of data entry) Have excellent communication skills Attention to detail Great organisation skills Be safety conscious Have the ability to adapt and be flexible Respect and follow company standards and procedures Possess strong time management skills with the ability to manage under tight timeframes to deliver positive outcomes. Have a green thumb/ gardening experience, this would be ideal but not essential.
