About the Role This is a newly created role to support the Business Owner with administration Due to a positive change in the business the Owner will have an extensive travel schedule for the foreseeable and requires a savvy administrator to support him in all areas of administration support From travel to diary management to inbox management to some personal assistance there are a few processes already in play and your organisational skills will be crucial to help continue to create a seamless system in which the Business Owner can have full faith and trust the business is running smoothly in New Zealand whilst being overseas As the Business Owner will be travelling there is a huge element of flexibility for you in this role with the option to work from home regularly As it is a newly created role the Owner is flexible with hours and for the right incumbent will decide on set hours between 20 25 per week This can be over 4 or 5 days The role comes with a car park for when you are in the office About the Company This NZ owned and operated export and supply business boasts a small yet perfectly formed team of 10 in the City Centre office They also have global reach with employees also based overseas The employees are a close knit team with high performing and intelligent personalities The tenure and loyalty to the company is due to the collaborative and cohesive culture About You You will have at least 10 years experience in a Personal Assistant role preferably within a small organisation manufacturing or export experience is a plus You will hold high levels of integrity and confidentiality You will enjoy setting up processes organising chaos and being the trusted advisor within a business You will enjoy the flexibility on offer yet also have the ability to offer it in return where required You enjoy a varied role dealing with multiple time zones and making sense of a chaotic inbox You are analytically minded with ideas on how to streamline processes to make the Business Owner s life more streamlined You are trusting great communication skills and enjoy an open verbal communication style with your Manager We endeavour to find the right person for our client as soon as possible so if you are interested please apply as soon as you can by clicking the link below Your interest will be treated in the strictest of confidence To apply for this vacancy you MUST be a New Zealand citizen resident or have already secured the right to work in New Zealand and therefore hold a valid visa Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
