We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a mature administration and accounts whiz looking for permanent part-time work at a well-known retirement village in Palmerston North. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-2pm.
You will be responsible for:
• Maintaining the administration systems and records in an organised manner;
• Ordering goods/equipment/services as required;
• Assisting with accounting, invoicing, staff wages, tax payments, GST returns and banking;
• General reception duties including greeting members of the public and answering the phone.
The ideal candidate:
• Has years of admin/accounts experience;
• Is comfortable with the responsibilities of the role;
• Has previous experience working in an aged care facility;
• Is available for an immediate start.
