Painter

KMS Property Maintenance Services Limited is looking for a skilled and reliable House Painter to join our growing team. If you have a steady hand, a good eye for detail, and a passion for transforming spaces — we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, filling, masking, etc.)
* Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
* Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment effectively
* Maintain tools and ensure a clean job site
* Work independently or with a team to meet deadlines

? Requirements:

* 3 years experience as a painter
* Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and techniques
* Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Ability to follow safety guidelines
* 30 Hours Per week is Guranteed
