Paint Expert Team Member

Riviera Hardware Holdings Limited(RHHL) owns and successfully operates Mitre 10 Mega Albany , New Lynn and Warkworth along with Mitre 10 Whangaparaoa. We also proudly own and operate our three Columbus Coffee shops within our Mega stores, and deliver Prenail Frame and Truss solutions through Riviera Pre-nail and do our own importing via Riviera Imports.
We are now seeking amotivated customer focusedpaint expert to play a key role in ourPaint and Decor Departmentat Mitre 10 MEGA Albany,

Our Paint and Decor department is one of our key departments within our Albany store, this is where our local customers come to create, inspire and design and we are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable paint team member to help assist our customers in their key design projects.
You will need to have expertise in colour and paint knowledge with a passion to assist our customers - This role would be ideal for a trades person looking to get off the tools, whilst still using their trade knowledge to offer great advice and meet sales targets.
For this position we are looking for someone who has:
Strongproduct knowledge of, or a background in paint.
DIY or trade related knowledge
A background in sales is preferred
Dedicated to providing an excellent customer service experience our customer
Physical fitness and able to stand for long periods
A proactive ‘can do’ attitude
Available to work full time hours which will includeone weekend day
