An exciting opportunity has risen for a RN to support whanau across the Paediatric Outpatient journey and lead improvements in systems and processes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate RN who has a "whatever it takes" approach.
Essential requirements:
• NZ Registered Nurse with minimum of 5 years Paediatric experience
• RN with post graduate qualification (Cert/Dip/Masters)
• PDRP - at minimum - proficient (willing to work to expert level)
• Evidence of ongoing education & professional development/previous education experience
• Knowledge of DHB systems and processes
• A team player/leader - respected by colleagues and capable working within own group and the wider community 'team'
• Knowledge of community partners/agencies
• A commitment to quality improvement and evidence of experience in using systematic approach to quality improvement
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows based applications/computer literacy/systems focused/iPMS competent
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritise and cope with a high and varied workload/can work autonomously
• Flexible within work environment
• Commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi
