Purpose of the roleOur Waharoa Site is looking for motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. Working on a rostered shift pattern, this is a fantastic opportunity if you are someone who is serious about advancing your career and keen to be part of a highly motivated and supportive team.Key responsibilities include:Setting up, monitoring and operating automated production machinery;Performing quality checks to ensure production meets world class standards;Running machine diagnostics and problem solving;Ensuring documentation is correct and complete.
Please note: The shift pattern for this role is 4 on 3 off
About youYour strong mechanical aptitude and sound problem-solving skills will ensure things run smoothly - as you won’t just identify the problem, you'll be part of finding and implementing the solution. It’s our shared knowledge and experience alongside fresh ideas that will ensure our future success, and yours.Other key skills and experience include:Experience in the food industry or manufacturing environmentStrong computer skills (SAP experience preferred)Physically fit and able to lift 25kgsStrong focus on health and safetyForklift driving experience and current Forklift Licence is advantageous
