This is no ordinary Support/PA role, working in a tight knit team the role will provide challenges to enable you to shine and will evolve with time, giving you the opportunity to grow. You will also gain an in-depth understanding of how the business is run and be a key contributor to its ongoing success.
How will I help?
You will work behind the scenes to make it all happen by providing assistance and support to the Head of Agribusiness & Commercial and the wider Commercial and Agribusiness teams. Every day will be different, you will work alongside senior leaders and a collaborative support team. Your excellent time management skills will enable you to thrive in this fast paced team by prioritising multiple tasks and competing deadlines, adapting and changing focus when needed.
The role demands a high degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality. Alongside managing the Head of’s inbox & calendar and ensuring they are well organised, the PA side of the role will also see you involved in, but not limited to, co-ordinating meetings, events & travel. You will be preparing high impact presentations in Powerpoint, and using Excel on a daily basis. You’ll need to be confident with IT to set up data shows and video conferences.
Some of the work you will get involved in on the Regional Support side will be varied and could include:making sure new people to our business unit are set up with the right technology and access
operational and compliance based activities
supporting changes within the business and projects such as co-ordinating technology refreshes.
What will I need to succeed:
