Amazing learning opportunity to make a real difference!
We have an exciting position available within the Cancer and Blood Directorate for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individual with experience in supporting senior level positions in a healthcare or similar environment. In this role, you'll provide broad-ranging secretarial and administrative assistance to the General Manager and Director of Cancer and Blood directorate. You'll work within the supportive and friendly Administration Office Team to ensure efficient, effective and customer focussed service delivery and to meet the day-to-day operating needs of the department.
We know that your expert organisational skills will ensure your manager is in the right place at the right time, fully prepared with the right information. Diary and correspondence management, agenda and meeting preparation, preparing documents and presentations and running small projects will also be part of your core duties.
You are comfortable working autonomously and cope well under pressure, juggling priorities and meeting deadlines and are acknowledged for your excellent communication skills and proficiency in the MS Office Suite of applications. You also seek collaborative working with team members and colleagues to ensure that positive outcomes are achieved.
With accuracy and efficiency being essential in this important role, attention to detail will be a key attribute. You'll possess a high level of personal and professional integrity and you can be relied on to maintain the strictest confidentiality.
This is a full-time position works 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday
