As a P&P Administrator, you will provide comprehensive HR administration and coordination support to the HR Manager and the wider People & Performance team.
Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, maintaining accurate systems, and delivering top-notch service to our internal and external stakeholders.Daily you will be responsible for, however not limited to:HR Administration: Manage the "People" inbox, ensuring timely responses to all queries within 24 hours.
Handle end-to-end management of employment agreements and variations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.HR Project Tasks: Work on specific HR project related tasks that require high attention to detail to manually input data into various systems.Data Management: Process and maintain all employee changes in Workday (HRIS system) to ensure data accuracy.
Conduct regular data cleansing to maintain data integrity.Workday Administration: Process hires, terminations, and other HR tasks.Reporting: Assist the HR advisor with administrative tasks for monthly reporting.This is a Fixed-term full-time role finishing in September 2025.
