Outbound Call Centre Administrator Are you wanting to work in the business of helping to save lives Are you craving a role with loads of people contact Are you sales and target driven and ready for a new start Do you enjoy a challenging and rewarding role where your great customer service and attention to detail will make a difference to people s lives Is reaching targets what drives you through your day BreastScreen Auckland Ltd operates on behalf of BreastScreen Aotearoa offering free breast screening services to women aged between 45 and 69 A full time position is available within our Remuera clinic for an experienced Client Services Representative A role that demands a client orientated enthusiastic and committed professional to help us promote this fantastic public service Our team works to ensure our clients receive the high standards of service we pride ourselves in delivering The successful candidate will represent Breastscreen Auckland and have a main focus of enrolling new women into the programme and fulfilling administration duties that are integral to our daily operation Were looking for someone who can be relied upon to engage with the community and promote the great service we offer This position forms part of our Outreach strategy and as such primarily involves outbound calling to prospective new clients It will also support our inbound call centre as required Your proven customer skills in an outbound calling environment will ensure our clients get the best possible care from providing information about the service and its benefits through to booking an appointment Key attributes we are looking for Proven experience working in a busy customer focused office environment with prior involvement in outbound based calling activities with a focus on creating new client relationships Sales and target driven with the proven ability to convert calling opportunities into successfully enrolled clients Enthusiastic and confident with the ability to engage with a wide ranging group of people Proficient with email and basic computer tasks in house training for our systems is provided Organised and able to multi task Excellent punctuality time management and selfdirection to meet the needs of our clinic A team player with a healthy can do attitude who enjoys being part of a team culture Previous administration experience in the health sector is desirable but not essential Please email your cover letter and CV to applications breastscreen co nz
