We are looking for experienced truck mechanics to join a leading truck workshop in Otago. Working with a team of like-minded mechanics, you will be working in a modern and well equipped workshop where a high standard of work is always carried out.
As a truck mechanic, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance to a wide client base around the region. You will be confident diagnosing faults both visually and with diagnostic scan tools and will be able to think outside the box and troubleshoot. You will have experience in component change out as well as rebuild and overhaul of major components.
To apply for this position you need to have-
• Trade Qualification in heavy transport
• Experience working across European or American brands of trucks
• Heavy transport Licence (beneficial)
• Computer diagnostic skills and/or visual fault finding skills
• High work ethic and team player
• Good communication skills
