We are on the hunt for a new member to join our wonderful team at Kidz Time.
Kidz Time operates from Paparoa Street School and provides Before School, After School and School Holiday childcare for Primary School aged children.
You Will:
- Have experience working with children
- Be a positive role model with enthusiasm, laughter and confidence
- Have a passion for working with children of varying ages
- Motivation and a can-do attitude to ensure our team works together to provide the best outcomes for our children
- A respect of and willingness to follow current routines and health and safety guidelines
- At least two references we can contact - Must be available to start work early/mid November
Kidz Time operates during the following hours:
Before School: 7:30 - 8:30am
After School: 3:00 - 6:00pm
School Holidays: 8:00 - 5:30pm
We can provide you with flexible hours during these times but ask that the successful applicant is available at least 2-3 days per week between the hours of 2:55 - 6:00pm. Depending on your availability, hours can range anywhere from 6 - 14 hours approx. per week.
The starting rate is $17.70 however this can be negotiated based on experience.Please note: this is an ongoing casual job so we are needing students to be able to commit throughout next year so need to be based in Christchurch **Applicants of any age are welcome to apply. Those over 20 years of age who have experience in the industry may be eligible to fill a separate supervisory position. (Ministry of Social Development requires all supervisors to be at least 20 years of age).
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
