While a key focus will be primarily providing support with administrative tasks, along with course co-ordination for the service.
Playing an integral role within the team, you will have a keen eye for detail, together with a methodical approach and the ability to quickly build and maintain relationships with important stakeholders - both internal and external.
You will also possess:
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of the MS Office Suite along with Oracle
• A flexible and positive manner
