In this new role to the business, we are looking to grow our Order Fulfilment Team and require an Order Management Officer who will share our passion to become the next member of our wider Sales team based in Hokitika. This role requires a high level of attention to detail for the precise execution of both domestic and international customers' orders.
If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, are self-motivated with a strong work ethic, where your experience in logistics will be an advantage but is not essential, then we would love to hear from you. A must is your excellent communication and computer skills and accuracy with the ability to thrive in a busy dynamic workplace.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to experience building and maintaining relationships with our key customers and service providers, ensuring that the delivery of products is completed to a high standard around the world. Getting the right person is more important to us in the role, as we can teach you everything you need to know.
