Job description

Our client, a premier supplier of gas and condensate to New Zealand, set operational, environmental and safety benchmarks within the local oil and gas industry. Reporting to the Facility PIC you will be an integral part of the operations team.
With constant changes in production we require a person who is flexible, working on a casual basis as and when required to cover the peaks and troughs. Because of thisonly Taranaki residents will be considered.

About your new role:
LPG Loading/unloading as trucks arrive to scheduled times
Complete weighbridge functions recording load outs via computer
Ensure health and safety is adhered to at all time
Good interpersonal skills; this is the front line contact with the trucks and drivers for load transfer of LPG
Casual i.e. no set work pattern

Job requirements

About you:
Current Gas Testing (3058) and Permit User (17588 - PICWS) certificates essential;
Fire Science (4647) and Petrochemical environment (9625) both ideal
Dangerous Goods licence an advantage
Proven operations experience on a petrochemical site is essential
Able to pass both pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol testing
