Do you love everything about travel, tourism and property? If so this role could be for you! We're on the lookout for the next superstar to support our fast-paced Operations department, so that we can deliver a world-class experience to our guests and owners. The Role:
You’ll be based in our Auckland office with a wonderfully supportive team around you. Together you will ensure the smooth working of core processes, resolve homeowner matters, support our holiday manages and focus on communication and administration. You'll love talking to people, as there's a lot of following up with owners, guests, holiday managers and external suppliers to be done! Important skills to have: High school certificate or equivalent Admin experience Excellent interpersonal communication skills High levels of professionalism Strong problem solving Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations Exceptional verbal and written communication Good conflict resolution skills Adaptable to change Decisiveness and attention to detail Our Culture:
