As a member of the Lineage team, you play a critical role in the food supply chain.The Asia-Pacific region includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Singapore, employing nearly 2,500 team members.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cold store.
The role involves ensuring customer requirements are met, staff understand their responsibilities (including safety), and all compliance and regulations are adhered to.Responsibilities include:Leading and motivating a team of approximately 15 staff to deliver high standards of serviceResponding quickly to changing demands and maintaining effective stakeholder relationshipsLeading health and safety initiatives within the facilityRequirements:4-5 years of experience in operations or warehousing, with team leadership experienceExperience in export licensed/regulatory environments is advantageousStrong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changeProficient in numeracy, analytical skills, and computer-based tracking systemsCurrent Forklift Operator's licenseThis full-time role reports to the Operations Controller and offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated, energetic leader committed to safety and team development.Successful candidates will undergo referee checks, a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
