Based at Port Botany, the role will assume all responsibility for the management and operations of our Port Botany site.
This position will suit someone with a strong commercial and management background in the Supply Chain industry

The Role
Reporting to the Executive General Manager Sea & Air Imports, the successful candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years experience at a senior level in the Supply Chain industry. Key strengths will be in leadership and people management, operational processes and client relationships.

Main Responsibilities
Own and deliver against operational KPIs
Customer and supplier relationship management
General staff management for local team of 20+
Continual improvement of processes and systems in alignment with the national team

The successful candidate will need an innate ability to problem solve, work under pressure and lead a diverse team. You will also need to be able to multi-task at a fast pace. Candidates with a strong knowledge of Cargowise will be well regarded.
