Wellington Cable Car is seeking a motivated and skilled Operations Manager to lead our team and keep our city's treasured landmark running efficiently.This is a 12-month parental leave contract, starting in April 2025.About the Role:As the Operations Manager, you'll be at the helm of one of Wellington's most iconic tourism experiences that welcomes over one million passengers a year.
Overseeing the seamless delivery of daily operations and providing exceptional customer service, this is a diverse and hands-on role requiring a strong leader who has plenty of initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.We're looking for someone who can balance the day-to-day running of operations while keeping a sharp focus on operational efficiencies.
