Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager (Remote )Location: RemoteShift: Early Morning (Start 5 AM NZT)About the Role:We are a fast-growing New Zealand-based company looking for a proactive and reliable Operations Manager to oversee daily operational tasks, provide excellent customer support, and ensure smooth coordination between different teams.
This is a remote position, ideal for someone who enjoys early starts and has strong communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations during early morning hours.Handle customer queries related to orders, logistics, and operational issues with confidence and clarity.Monitor and interpret tech dashboards (orders, inventory, deliveries).Perform basic account reconciliation and maintain operational records.Coordinate with suppliers, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.Escalate issues when required and ensure timely resolution.Requirements:Based in India.Comfortable working early morning shifts (5 AM IST start).Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Proven ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy.Moderate understanding of alcoholic beverages and NZ liquor regulations is a plus.Moderate comfort with online dashboards, Google Sheets, and tech tools.Basic understanding of accounting for reconciliation purposes.Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.Nice to Have:Experience in a startup or e-commerce environment.Familiarity with customer support tools like Zoho, CRMs etcUnderstanding of logistics or delivery-based businesses.Salary :Between Rs.
