We are evolving to be a technology and data-driven financial advisory business with clients at our core and are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead all our operational teams.You will be responsible for:Accountability for core operational teams including nationwide inbound and outbound client service teams, advisor support (processing), regional administrative support, paraplanning, complaints, and other minor operational activities and change management.Responsible for the digitisation of our operations including API implementation.Overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, with a focus on optimising efficiency, reporting, driving growth, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients. Utilising your CRM experience, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our operational utilisation of our CRM (including training) to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation.Designing and implementing efficient operational processes to optimise workflow and enhance productivity.Managing and coordinating various operational functions, including client support, adviser support, and relationship specialists.Developing and maintaining operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for optimisation and improvements.Leading and mentoring a team of operations staff of up to 50, with up to 6 direct reports, to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.What you will bring to the role:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
