Youth Horizons is currently looking for an inspiring manager to lead our established Central/Southern operations. You will lead the Napier based site and assume responsibility for the delivery of all services, within approved budgets, for the Central/Southern region. Your financial acumen and contract management expertise combined with your ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships, will ensure your success in this role. You will understand the importance of maintaining fidelity of evidence based models and you will be relentless in your pursuit of continuous improvement.
Combined with significant leadership experience, you will have a tertiary qualification in Social Services, Mental Health or another related discipline preferably combined with a business or management qualification. Due to the geographic spread of your region some travel will be required.
