From providing a first-class shopping experience at major retail and leisure establishments, to maintaining critical plant equipment at large hospitals to ensure the safety and welfare of patients and staff, we provide the essential services that keep businesses and societies running day in and day out.OCS currently has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager - Specialist Services to join our team in the Bay of Plenty area.Based in Mount Maunganui, you will be responsible for the day to day Specialist Services operations of the Bay of Plenty area and achievement of sales targets and account management activities versus our contractual obligations.Your focus will be to manage and motivate the team and provide leadership towards achievement of satisfied customers and our earning potential at each site.Your attributes will be prior leadership and people management skills, you drive from the front and are not afraid to have tough conversations. You are about meeting KPI (including sales focused KPI), and portraying the OCS brand in the best light possible.You enjoy stakeholder and client engagement, forming relationships and upselling based on your trusted advice.We believe in leading by example, so any of the following specialist skills will bring great value to your application:Trained in Height & Harness work and have knowledge in High Cleaning requirements.
Work to Best Method Working Practices [MWP?s]
Have knowledge of Stripping, Maintaining and Polishing vinyl surfaces
If required, to be available for extra training as necessary to complete the tasks required for this position
Ensure service documentation is completed in full stating action taken and recommendations
You ideally come from a managed facilities or cleaning background with 3+ years of managerial experience.You will receive a company vehicle, competitive salary and on-the-job training, not to mention a fantastic supportive team.
