Operations Manager

You will be leading the operational team for delivery of maintenance works, annual programmes, and allocated additional works to ensure that we achieve the best results for the contract. In this role, you will work in a complex environment that requires meticulous planning of your teams, contractors and third-party suppliers to achieve high-quality delivery standards with a strategic focus on utilisation.Interested?If this sounds like a role for you then this is what we think you will need in order to successfully deliver to the business and our customers:As a true leader, you will lift and grow the operational team to ensure we achieve business objectives. You will be hands on, have a strong attention to detail, have the drive to manage and achieve our KPIs, whilst having the highest commitment to health and safety.A Degree in Civil Engineering or similar along with operational delivery background, experience with NZTA and local authority road maintenance contracting environment, strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
