The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager, reporting to the Commerical Director the role is to oversee the inventory, warehousing, purchasing and supplies of the business.he duties will include but are not limited to:
Drive the demand forecasting
Improve efficiency in the supply chain/logistics function
Establish operating processes & procedures to ensure best practice
End to end supply chain strategies
Manage 3PL & freight supplier relationships to meet sales orders
Ensure timely inventory supply to meet forecasted sales.
Meet all import, export & regulatory requirements
Work with Production Manager & Marketing & PR Director to proactively ensure inventory sales & demand are aligned to meet business targets

The Successful Candidate will have:
Proven experience dealing with complex logistics and supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
Skilled and experience in demand planning with high attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical skills
Logistics/Supply Chain/Demand Planning related qualifications
Working knowledge of inventory management software
FMCG or apparel experience
Prior experience in managing 3PL and logistics/supply chain vendors
Proactive - takes initiatives to drive optimal outcomes for the business
Strive to outperform - proactively drives for results for the long-term
