APD Ltd is a leading designer and manufacturer of stormwater and chemical storage solutions for the NZ and Australian markets. We are a solutions-based business providing products designed to deliver exactly what our customer needs. We are NZ owned and have been providing high-quality solutions for over 35 years.
Due to growth, we have an opportunity for a "Big Picture Thinker" Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team. This is a diverse role that will see you primarily focussing on system and process improvements, and driving our innovation and development plans.

About You
Ideally, you will have 5+ years of operations management within a manufacturing environment. You are able to ensure production deadlines are met without loss of quality. You are a collaborative leader, able to retain a cool head, adapt to change, and most importantly, be able to present strategies for improvements to aid our growth.
Ideally, have experience with either rotational moulding or the fabrication/welding industry but is not essential.
