This organisation is responsible for ensuring fair competition, protecting consumers and businesses by establishing clear guidelines, regulations and parameters for trade. With recent changes in legislations relating to Credit Contracts and The Consumer Finance Act they have undertaken to set up a new Registry function that will monitor compliance and ensure lenders are well managed and consumers are protected.

Key responsibilities will include:
Developing practical and efficient processes
Liaison with government agencies and industry bodies
Project manage the implementation of a new registry system
Developing and growing a team
You will be they kind of person who can quickly grasp the big picture, develop strategies and plans to achieve objectives. A track record of project management from concept to implementation and beyond is important. We need a strong communicator who can effectively deal with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally.
Ideally, you will have relevant experience in credit or registry or a highly regulated environment. Good judgement, problem-solving skills and tenacity are required.
