We are a dynamic, people-oriented Company that works in a fast paced industry and environment, and we are looking for an Operations Manager based in Tauranga that can move just as fast!

The successful candidate will be part of the leadership team reporting into the Depot Manager and will need to have strong organisational development and operations skills to facilitate the flow of containers throughout the depot.

Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills will be essential in this role as you will be responsible for the smooth running of the depot, including overseeing the yard operations. Strong attention to detail and accurate reporting within a timely manner is an absolute must!

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated person with outstanding people skills who can build strong relationships with the team and work with them to drive turnover and exceed monthly targets and objectives.

You do not need to have a wealth of experience within a similar position or industry, we have no hesitation in training our team to be the best they can be!
