We are looking for an experienced operational leader to join our Invercargill team and manage our flooring installation, stock and ordering processes
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in an important business function to keep operations running smoothly across our residential and commercial sectors. You will liaise with the residential and commercial sales teams and customers as well as scheduling both waged and contracted flooring installers to complete jobs within schedule.

You will be in charge of making sure our projects are completed on time and to excellent standard through strong communication with the customer and relevant internal teams. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure a smooth customer experience. You will also control stock incoming and outgoing as well as ordering new product for jobs which will including building a relationship with our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Project manage the installation of all customer orders received from the sales team
Manage product procurement and logistics activities to ensure accuracy of orders and maintain appropriate stock levels
Act for and on behalf of our customers to ensure a speedy resolution on all product and installation issues
Set, monitor and review installers work schedule to ensure a quality and timely installation
Manage the installer fleet
Oversee the warehouse operations staff
Liaise with internal teams such as sales staff, support office, IT, product and merchandising
Support and develop the warehouse and installation teams
A background in logistics or experience in managing subcontractor relationships would be extremely beneficial, as would any experience in the flooring trade or a related industry. A forklift license would also be highly useful.
