Our client is looking for a highly organised and driven Operations Co-ordinator to join their team. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be working with external suppliers and organising several employees across a number of sites to ensure the day to day operations of the business run smoothly. In order to be successful in this role you must be able to quickly problem solve, have impeccable communication skills and be able to relate to people at all levels.
Our client produces daily lunch orders, getting healthy food to our hungry learners in our schools. Our clients mission is to see healthy, nutritionally balanced lunches in the bellies of every young person in New Zealand.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring product quality and presentation and taking corrective action where required
Ensuring sites are operating effectively and efficiently
Guaranteeing all staff are properly trained and understand operating procedures
Maintaining good working relationships with staff and keeping them informed on all employment, operational and site matters
Day to day management of staff and rosters
Accurately reporting Payroll, Supply Chain and Health and Safety related information to required contacts
Actively promoting company values
To be considered you must be available on the following dates:
Monday 28th September to Friday 2nd October - Attend one 3 hour admin session
Monday 5th to Friday 9th October - One week of training (2nd week of school holidays)
Monday 12th October - Term 4 officially starts and lunches go live
