Operations Associate

Job Description:

Mondelez International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate level role, candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be independent and resourceful, with strong time management and creativity skills.

Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day operations within the organization- Assist with inventory management and supply chain logistics- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations- Analyze data and generate reports to improve efficiency- Assist with project management and process improvement initiatives- Provide support to management as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 4+ years of experience in operations or a related field- Strong time management and organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Creativity and problem-solving skills
