Operations and Compliance Manager
As the Operations and Compliance Manager you will have a key position within one of the largest and most complex programmes seen in the Health sector. The programme will build one of New Zealand's most sophisticated Oracle infrastructure environments, complete and deploy Oracle's EBS system and migrate District Health Boards to this new system.
In this role you will:
Lead and manage teams responsible for Master Data admin, Systems admin, Quality Analytics, Training, Documentation, Accreditation, Continuous Process Improvement and Customer Service
Manage and improve the operational systems, processes and policies
Ensure Master Data is fit for purpose for all stakeholders and for future needs
Collaborate with both internal and external Stakeholders to ensure smooth interfaces between the programme, change management and customer operations
Create and drive a customer centric culture within your team

This role requires someone who is able to build effective teams and is customer focussed for every decision.
You will have:
Advanced knowledge and experience in business process design, business analysis and continuous improvement
Experience leading and coaching teams
Experience in Change Management
Customer and Stakeholder management skills
Ideal but not essential is experience within the IT environment
Relevant tertiary qualification with specialisation in business/commerce or management, or relevant work experience
