About the role
We are looking for an Operational Analyst to join our Hamilton office. This role will provide overall analytical support to the Gas Trading department and provide cover for other parts of the business where needed. The Operational Analyst will provide performance reports & insights to our customers and service providers by extracting raw data from our bespoke systems, SAP, and reconciling these. This role will be exposed to other parts of the business which means providing cover across all middle office activities such as fleet maintenance and administration. Compliance and auditing will also be a key part of this role, along with processing data for invoicing purposes and providing these to our suppliers.
Who we are looking for
You are confident, proactive and a team player. You enjoy working with data and have some previous experience working with large amount of data and reports. You may have previously worked in a similar role and have intermediate to advanced excel skills. You are good with technology and quick at learning new systems. Lastly, industry experience would be an advantage but not essential.
