Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a reliable and confident Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing online web chat platforms, engaging with customers, and providing support through virtual channels. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:1. Monitor and respond to online web chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate information about Quest Diagnostics products and services.3. Identify customer needs and offer solutions to enhance their experience.4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication skills.6. Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all interactions with customers.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online communication tools.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Project management skills and innovative thinking.6. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
