Online Web Chat Officer

Job Description:Molina Healthcare is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Web Chat Officer to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via online chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize emotional intelligence to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly- Demonstrate persuasion skills to encourage customers to take action or make decisions- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed- Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat role- Motivated and resilient attitude with a strong work ethic- Excellent emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers- Persuasion skills to positively influence customer behavior- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Strong written communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat software Benefits:- Dental insurance- Profit sharing- Company equipment provided Working Environment:As an Online Web Chat Officer at Molina Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
