Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Online Customer Support Officer to join our team at International Paper in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level Online Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.2. Working closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations.3. Maintaining accurate and updated customer records in our CRM system.4. Providing support and guidance to customers on our online platform and products.5. Assisting with order processing, shipment tracking, and returns processing.6. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.7. Identifying opportunities for improvement in our online customer support processes. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in online customer support or a similar role.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong project management and people management skills.5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.6. Reliable and hardworking personality traits.7.
