Job Description: CSX is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an entry-level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media. Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Providing product information and support to customers.3. Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience.4. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department.5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.7.
